These dashboard will serve as powerful tools for an improved decision making within the company's operations.
The data deparmment will create and display two master dashboards that will showcase the company's well being and overall performance as well as the current situation of each individual department, these will encompass goals, production, revenue, expenses and profits.

Third step: Merging results

-Every head of department must feed the table in a timely manner to ensure the completion of the tracking and convertion process. -Upon the completion of the process every head of department must submit the records to the data department, these records are going to be stored and used as historical data to perform studies of each department if need be.
