The deity of Jesus is important because it reveals He is God and represents the truth about Him and His attributes. Signs in the Gospel of John are significant because they prove that Jesus is a heavenly being who came from God. The signs indicated that Jesus has a unique relationship with God and that God is working with Him. All signals were remarkable and demonstrated to Jesus' deity.

The Son of God asserts that acknowledging Jesus as God's son is essential to Jesus' relationship with God and that He is descended from God. It declares that the Son has the same "self-existent" life as the Father and divine existence, which reveals Christ's full deity.

The "I am" declaration is a serious confession of Jesus's deity, and he proclaims himself as the source of life for all humanity. Every time Jesus declared "I am," he was speaking in the divine language and emphasizing his divine origin.  He proclaims himself to be the only way to God, which is very significant, and the deity of God. All of these were significant because they proved Christ's entire deity.
