This framework outlines proficiency levels modeled after the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, providing a structured approach to using technology in educational settings.

DigCompEdu is a framework provided by the JRC (Joint Research Center) of the European Comission.

THE LEVELS : The proficiency levels are determined following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages -model.
There are 6 areas which detail how technology can be used to improve and innovate education in schools, in workplaces, universities, etc.
