Canva is an online tool where students can create different kinds of an online canvas. Students can create an advertisement, poster, presentation, etc.

IXL https://www.ixl.com/

IXL differentiates for each grade-level. This is a great tool for students to are on different grade-levels due to learning disabilities or for those who are learning behind their peers. There are assessments for each subject in most grade-levels. This site gives immediate feedback and provides teachers data for the given skill. It also gives elapsed time to show how long the student was working on any given skill and how many questions were answered.

Flipgrid is a tool that allows student to create up to a 5 minute video to respond to a prompt. This could be used as an exit ticket. The students could rewatch their video and self-assess after recording.

Edulastic is an interactive formative assessment that allows teachers to create assessments that are standard-aligned. Teachers can even assign specific standards to individual students to ensure differentiation.

Google Forms is great for quizzes, surveys, and assignments. The teacher creates an assessment and provides an answer for each question. When the student takes the assessment, they are able to view the answers once they have submitted.

Classkick is a digital tool where teachers can upload existing assignments or create new assignments. The students work on their device and the teachers can see it as the students are working. Because the teacher can see students working, it is an easy way to ensure all students are on task and a quick way to provide feedback.

Coggle is a mind mapping tool just like Mindomo. Students start with an idea and create topics off that idea. Those topics can then have subtopics branch off. This could be a useful tool to explain what they know about a topic or in replace of a poster.

Kahoot! is a digital, gamified quiz website where teachers can create quizzes for students. These quizzes can be assigned to the class and can be used as review or as a formative assessment. It gives immediate feedback to students after each question.

Quizizz is an digital, gamified quiz that gives immediate feedback to students. It looks similar to Kahoot!

Biblonasium is a site that allows students to track their progress with reading. There are lots of preloaded books. Rather than keeping track of a reading log on paper, the students can track the books they have read on Biblonasium.

Animoto is a site where students can make their own video to share their knowledge on a concept. The site has lots of premade templates.

BrainPOP https://www.brainpop.com/

BrainPOP is an website that has online lesson videos and quizzes for multiple concepts. The one downside is that it is not free.

Jamboard is an interactive whiteboard through Google. Students are able to draw and type. Jamboard can be added to Google Classroom and used a formative assessment for any subject.

Prodigy is an online math gamified assessment. Teachers assign students a specific skill. Students battle with other students. When they enter a battle, they are asked math questions on that skill. It provides immediate feedback on whether they got the answer correct or not. If they didn't, it shows what the correct answer is. It also gives them hints on the directions.

Spark is a site that allows teachers to add visuals to assessments for those students who are visual learners. This site is owned by Adobe.

Socrative is an online site where teachers can create quizzes. The teacher can see the reports by question or individually for the student. Socrative has a space run assessment option that allows for the option of competition like Kahoot!.

Seesaw is a site where students can upload videos, draw, create an collage, or simply type a response. The teacher can add parents to the site so they can track their child's progress and see the uploaded assignments.

Quizlet https://quizlet.com/

Quizlet is a great site for students to study with flashcards or games. However, teachers can also upload quizzes for students to practice. These quizzes are similar to Kahoot!, but take away the point system.

Pear Deck is an interactive presentation. Teachers can upload a presentation where students have slides they interact with. It can be as simple as a click and drag, highlight, or even a typing interaction.
