is a tourist resort located in Pudong, Shanghai, China, opened on June 16, 2016. It is the first Disney resort in mainland China and the second largest in China. The complex comprises Shanghai Disneyland Park, an open-air shopping center (Disneytown), two theme hotels, recreation facilities, a lake, a parking lot and transportation hubs. The site will cover 963 hectares, which will make it a park three times bigger than Hong Kong Disneyland, and will cost 24.5 billion yuan, equivalent to 3.7 billion dollars. In addition, it is estimated an additional investment of 4.5 billion yuan (0.7 billion dollars) to build other buildings of the complex, which yields a total of 34 billion yuan or 5.5 billion dollars .
