Thespian Troupe

The organization has ambitious plans to establish itself as a recognized Thespian Honor society. Key initiatives include managing the influx of activities during peak theatre season, implementing a points system for member recognition, and creating a tech video to highlight behind-the-scenes efforts.

Get our paperwork in to become a real Thespian Honor society

Figure out what to do when the theatre season becomes too overwhelming to run offical meeting (Last part of September, All of October, November, and 1st week in December, all of april 1st week in May)

Start points system

No way to highlight tech pieces. Maybe a tech video

Production and troupe must come together.

Induct 10 new members by the end of the year

We won't recruit new leaders until the end of the year. Make sure all leaders here stay strong and solidify his or her commitment. At the awards ceremony new leaders will be inducted 3-4 and no more.
