Pinterest is an online and mobile application that users can share their best ideas. I would encourage coaches to use this application to search and find ideas for their teams.
Dark Sky
Dark Sky is a weather application that can give updates by the hour. It can tell administrators when lighting is in the area and help make decisions to keep everyone safe.
Hudl
Hudl is a video sharing tool that can be accessed on mobile devices. Coaches can share game tape with players and colleagues. This allows for players to do homework and coaches to make corrections at any time.

Coaching Web Tools

Google Drive
Google Drive is a storage application that works with all Google services. Google Drive can store all your files digitally and can be accessed from anywhere. Files can also be shared with other users. I would use this for storing all my created materials and not worry about losing the information.
Signup Genius
Signup Genius is a website that organizes volunteers for events. Users can create sign-ups and people can sign up to work a certain time or event. This could be used for providing meals, working concessions, or running an athletic contest.
Evernote
Evernote is a note taking website. Users can create and save notes in folders called notebooks. I would encourage coaches to save their notes using this site so they could be accessed with tags and not be lost.
Youtube
Youtube is a video sharing site. Users can create accounts and make videos or save videos on all topics. I would encourage coaches to use this site to look up training tips and gain coaching knowledge.

iMovie
iMovie is a video editing program used to create videos and slideshows. I would use this application to create videos on rules, and highlights for fans as a promotional tool.
Garageband
Garageband is a mobile app used to create audio. I would use this application to create and edit podcasts for my stakeholders. Podcasts are a neat way for listeners to gain knowledge at their own pace.

Content Creation Web Tools

Google Forms
Google Forms is a survey program where users can create questions and answers are sent directly to a spreadsheet. I would use Google Forms to get contact information and get inventory numbers from my coaches.
Google Slides
Google Slides is the Google version of Powerpoint. Users can create quality presentations with editing features. I would use this site for creating presentations for meeitngs with coaches, parents, and student athletes.
Google Sheets
Google Sheets is the Google version of excel. Users can create spreadsheets and save them online to their Google accounts. I would use this site for creating a budget and keeping inventory with my coaches.
Google Docs
Google Docs is word processing program similar to Word. Users can create documents and edit them and save them directly to a Google account. This would be my main word processing program for creating letters, flyers, and other documents.

Instagram
Instagram is social networking mobile and online program where people can share photos and videos easily. Athletic programs can keep stakeholders informed and entertained with photos from their season. This is a great outreach and recruiting tool.
GroupMe
GroupMe is a more streamlined communication tool. You can easily add contacts and stay connected with team members and parents.
TeamSnap
TeamSnap is a mobile and online program that coaches can use to communicate with team members and parents.

Connection Web Tools

Reddit
Reddit is a website where members can share and discuss everything on the internet or search for certain interest groups. Users can comment and learn information from these communities. I would use this site to communicate with the Athletic Administrator community.
Linkedin
Linkedin is a employment-oriented site that operates through websites and mobile apps. it is mainly used for professional networking. I would use this site as an Athletic Director to network with other AD's. I would ask questions and learn from my peers.
Facebook
Facebook would be the other giant of social media. Users set up an account and can post messages, videos, pictures among other options. Athletic programs can create pages for their teams to communicate with stakeholders. With most of the world on Facebook, using this site helps you reach people where they are already.
Twitter
Twitter is a leader in social networking. Users create short messages called tweets to connect with users across the world. Athletic programs can use this platform to inform stakeholders and stay up to date with everything about their teams.
