feelings Feelings are the emotions we feel in our hearts that helps us to understand what´s happening to us. Types of feelings: angry, surprise,love, sadness... Understanding feelings: We have to understand that there are no good or bad feelings; all of them help us to understand ourselves better. How top manage feelings:Things that are really important to manage and understand feeelings are: -Talking to someone when you are sad. -Tkae deep breathss if you are angry. -Write you feelings. Change feelings: During you childhood, you will feel lots of different emocions and feelings that yo don´t know how to respond to them. The most important thing is not to be worry of feeling different emotions in different occassions.
