PROFESIONAL SITUATION: A 10 year old child with a disability is placed at the service of occupational therapy, the mother indicates that when she is at home she does not have adequate personal hygiene, because she does not like to get up and therefore prefers to urinate in bed; the therapist says that the child has no interest in being part of the intervention, since he does not see any meaning in the proposed activities given by the therapist.
