What it is

An in person screening interview type is a kind of interview like a phone interview, where you can hear the other person, but you can also see them, like through Skype or Facetime. DF

Benefits and disadvantages of interviewing in person!

Disavantages of doing an in person screening. If you have bad internet then you could accidentaly leave the skype facetime or call and you could be in trouble. The other trouble is if your shy talking to face to face it could not be the best interview.
Benefits of interviewing in person screening are that the interviewer will get to know you in depth and see how your gonna work with the company or restaurant. The Interviewer can ask you in depth questions with realistic answers. Some people who are interviewing will be more themselves and more comfortable in a one on one situation.

What should you expect

In a in person interview you might get an appointment for you latter, it’s practically the same thing as telephone screening, it shows your attitude your first in pression interests exetra. Make sure that you sell yourself, act as if your actually at a real interview. They will ask you question some other things about your background.
This type of interview is different from others because it’s not the interview that makes you get hired, it allows the interviewers to think about hiring you making sure everything you said is true. In most cases this interview type is the people asking you questions and then will invite you or call you to let you know if you hired, or to have another interview to complete the process to make sure they want to higher you.
