When the weather in North and South pole increase, the ice will automatically melt and it will affect the animals like penguin and polar bear.

It will cause out river flooding. Seas are mostly connect with river, for example the Atlantic ocean and Nile river is connect with the Mediterranean Sea. If the sea level increase, more water will goes in to the river. For long term, it will cause out flooding.
It will cover some islands like Kirabati, Maldieves...etc, the island will be disappear.
