A automatic banding machine knits the polyester fibers in to a strap.

The foam is removed from the mold and 4 helmets are produced fusing of the particles has welded the granules to one another

The press molds the pieces which has the particles molding with steam before being cooled with water

Granules are placed in a bin which forms 20 foam peices

An expander has steam and an agitator which expands it rapidly

Polystyrene beads go through styrene monomer
