SMART GOALS

How ambitious are you?

Over the next five years, I will focus on completing my bachelor's degree by the fall of 2026, gaining relevant certifications such as GCP or CCRA, and expanding my industry knowledge. During this time, I will prioritize building a strong network by attending events and connecting with clinical research professionals. I will continue to work to transition into a new role as a CRA or Training Specialist over the next year. In doing this I will obtain more hands-on experience in clinical trials or training program development. By the second year, I will continue to strengthen my expertise through additional certifications, professional development, and leadership opportunities. In the following years, i'll take on more responsibilities, leading projects, mentoring others, and refining my specialized skills. Continuous learning and staying updated on industry advancements will position me for senior roles, such as Lead CRA, Training Manager. By the fifth year, i’ll be well-prepared to step into leadership positions, leveraging my experiences and knowledge to contribute meaningfully to an organization's success as well as driving my career forward.
