Fat

Certian medication can be stored in the fat

Enzymes

The liver produces enzymes to try to nullify the medicaion

Stomach and Stomach Acid

Medication breaks down in the stomach acid

Circulatory System

Travels to every linb and organ

Sends drugs all over the body to take action

Liver

after the medication has taken effect it travels back to the liver to be cleaned again and is then filtered by the kidneys

Many medication can move through the liver un affected

nutrilized metabolites may no longer be effective as medication

Enzymes from the liver try to react and nutrilize medication

Small Intestine

Medication moves through wall of intestine into blood vessels

Broken down medication travel from stomach to small intestine

Receptors

Pain receptors may call for pain killers to bind to them

Medication binds to the site where receptors are active
