10) Settlement

Usually, payments will be after 45 days of delivery and there is no return of goods once it arrived.

9) Delivery

Once the shipment arrived, the sales representitives begin to deliver it to the drug stores which make the orders.

After supplying the order and preparing it, the order is tranfered to the refrigrated trucks for shipments to the sales representitives in the area that order come from

After receivivg the order and confirming it, the ware house begin to supply order and make it available for shipping

Some times drug stores made modification to orders by telling sales representitives who is inturn tells the supply manager about that change.

5) Order Sourcing / Planning

Determine which warehouse the order will come from

(Erbil,Baghdad or Basrah)

4) Invoicing / Billing

After confirmation of order, Sales representitives make invoice to the drug store but usually invoices given when order reached to the drug stores

3) Order Acknowledgment / Confirmation

After giving order sheets to the drug stores, next day sales representitives visits drug stores for to confirm the order.

2) Order Booking

Sales representitives give the order sheet to the drug stores so they choose what they want and make initial order.

Sales representitives visit the drug stores & give the discriptions about drugs we destribute & offers we made
