Often, governance issues arise from tribal favoritism where members of a dominant tribe occupy key positions, leading to mismanagement and neglect of rural areas.

The African countries are requesting fair world trade
They want to export more African products
They have promised to improve this:
Human rights will be respected
Democracy will be restored
No more internal conflicts

Policy: wrong decisions

The rural areas were neglected
Not enough attention has been given to real development of the countries.
The governments also often matke the wrong decisions.

Government: many conflicts

Members of one particular tribe are often in charge and give each other the best jobs
After 1950, all the colonies became independent states, with their existing borders.
