Task 4

Psychotherapy is a skilled and intentional process aimed at modifying thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to improve overall functioning and life adjustment. This form of therapy can be provided by psychologists, psychiatrists, and clinical social workers to individuals, groups, couples, and families.

Group Therapy
