Nihilism is a theory that rejects the existence of morals and objective truth. Nihilism suggests that life has no meaning and therefore nothing matters. Thus questioning doesn't matter. nihilist philosopher example: Nietzsche ,Rosen,Heidegger
Does the world really exist ?

Solipsism is derived from idealism. It suggests that reality exists through one's mind.To idealists the mind or spirit precedes matter. Reality is a perception. Whether things exist only while you're there to perceive them or if the world exists since it's constantly being perceived by a higher power. To solipsists the world exists through a mind's perception and therefore isn't really real. philosophers: Berkeley

What is the meaning of life ?

Claims that life can be meaningful without the existence of God or an afterlife . What makes meaning is subjective and varies on the individual.

is a sufficient reason to give life meaning.

Nihilism rejects the concept of meaning and a higher being. Nihilists believe that life has no meaning.
What is consciousness ?

Mind and brain are one single entity. Consciousness is a brain process.

reality is sourced from ideas in the mind and is unrelated to matter. consciousness is an extension of the mind.

mind and body are separate entities , mind is separate from the brain. Consciousness is purely from the mind separate from the brain.

The psyche is totally seperate from the body. Consciousness is an extension of your mind and is separate from your body.

Religion and Spirituality
According to most faiths, humans do not have free will. People have set paths designed by a higher power.
Determinism
Our life is dictated by choices we have made in the past and choices that have been made before we were born. According to determinism, humans have no free will.
