The inventor of Eisenhower Matrix is Dwight David Eisenhower – an American army general and statesman who served as the 34th President of the United States from 1953 to 1961. His method helps us prioritize by urgency and importance.
General competences
Tasks that are not urgent nor important should be eliminated so you will not waste time doing them.
The know-how
Slaves were people who knew and traveled a lot, because they changed owners. In the book Jobs a slave, he lived in 10 different villages throughout his life. Also I could speak 6 different languages including Latin although it was not allowed
knowing how to learn
In order to negotiate with the King at that time, it was necessary to know English, it was the only way to be able to negotiate taxes, purchases, sales; even a slave could negotiate his freedom if he did it in English

Merthin main character traveled to Florence to learn about architecture in order to bring his knowledge back to his people and build great palaces and chapels. In addition he created a "Loom" to produce a type of space cloth which helped the growth of the town.

Only priests could be doctors since they were the only ones who could speak and understand Latin. They were considered the smartest people
The foreign cultures approach:
When the Black Death came to the town, they had to take precautions so that they did not die, precautions that they copied from Italy and Florence, despite not understanding their language, they observed that the measures worked
