Dentro del análisis expuesto podemos identificar dos hipótesis dirigidas al tema " Liderazgo". en donde se puede concluir que este es la manera más eficaz para renovar y revitalizar a las organizaciones para así llevarlas al "Éxito", considerando que esto es un factor importante teniendo en cuenta dos cuestiones:
1. El tipo de organización en las cuales se desarrollan las capacidades (liderar).
2. El deseo de dar mayor importancia a ciertas características por encima de otras desde l punto de vista, o desde el objetivo de quien este llevando este trabajo a cabo.
