This interactive game revolves around selecting and justifying appropriate leadership styles in response to various situational challenges. Players use role-playing and props to indicate their chosen leadership styles, which are then evaluated by peers.

Players

GAMIFICATION ELEMENT - COMPETITION (Players are competing for the highest point score)
GAMIFICATION ELEMENT - GUILDS/TEAMS (Players are able to work in teams if they choose)
The game can be played as individuals or as teams, with one player speaking on behalf of the team in response to each situation card. This would be a more time consuming version, but would allow for greater discussion and debate.

GAMIFICATION ELEMENT - NARRATIVE/STORY (Players are explaining their solution, as well as explaining feedback to other players).
GAMEFICATION ELEMENT - PROGRESS/FEEDBACK (this is given by other players through the awarding of awesome points)
Challenge cards provide a prompt of a particular situation that may be encountered. You must select a leadership style and justify your use of that to solve the problem to the other players. Achieved by completing a challenge card. You can score up to 3 points from each other player. You can also gain an extra point by selecting the ideal leadership style.

Learning Outcomes

To understand different types of leadership, and the thought processes involved with using each style. Players are considering when different styles of leadership would be most effective in different situations.
