This includes validating all links to avoid broken links, running UDOIT to address accessibility issues, and ensuring that there are no extra assignment categories listed.

Fix content broken links, update syllabus, fix descrepency between Syllabus course map and Canvas

Course runs with -Broken Links -No UDOIT fixes put in place -Extra assignment category listed -Old announcements listed -Out-of-date syllabus -Grading scenario different on syllabus than in Canvas -Course map/assignments different on syllabus than Canvas

Encourage use of updated syllabus

Import course -Auto-adjust Dates -Delete extra Assignment -Run Link Checker -Run UDOIT -Delete old announcements -check syllabus/Canvas grading scenario and course map

Email instructors, cc program director with maintenance list

Does the ID Team perform course prep for the program?
