To support the delivery of this high-profile programme, and to anticipate and respond to your needs we will put in place a dedicated programme team in turn supporting client satisfaction.
Our team will regularly review course performance as part of the Course Quality and Enhancement Monitoring (CEQM) process of course quality review. This is based on a range of performance criteria, feedback from students, staff, and client.
With all our clients we operate in a highly consultative environment both in relation to initial scoping and set up stages, so the intervention brings the greatest impact. We work with our clients before, during and after delivery to ensure learning is applied in the workplace and impacts on the organisation.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success.
To successfully deliver the Net Zero servant Leadership certificate, we will use our established approach to project management and quality assurance through our contract management, finance and governance systems.
These ensure compliance at every stage, with embedded quality checks, as per PRINCE2 standards. Resourced by a dedicated project management team, our internal processes continuously review - the financial management; output/deliverable quality; strategic/operational governance, and statutory compliance.

The NHS has a need to be world’s first net zero national health service by 2045 and have set two main targets
(A) the NHS Carbon Footprint
(B) NHS Carbon Footprint Plus
Since April 2023, for all new contracts above £5 million per annum, the NHS has also required suppliers to publish a carbon reduction plan (CRP) for their UK Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and a subset of scope 3 emissions as a minimum .
This CPD course is to support the second target – the need to influence the NHS carbon footprint through servant leadership.
Clinicians
A study in the Lancet found that many healthcare professionals have an understanding of the need to become net zero but are prevented by a range of personal, professional, and societal barriers impede them from doing so, with time constraints being the most widely reported barrier.
