Employer engagement
Agreement with the care home includes following:
• A contract of employment including wage structure and hours of duty.
• A commitment to a minimum three year term with an option for review on an annual basis.
• A commitment to finding good quality accommodation either live-in or nearby to the place of employment.
• A penalty clause for terminating the contract, or refusing to take a nurse once the visa is issued.
Sometimes, ARC will source employers and Twin will liaise with them for sponsorship letter
