Result= I realized the impact I had on her day when I helped her out she was extremely thankful

Action= saw the lady needing help opening the door so in my head I knew it was the right thing to do to help her out as I was just waitting in the doorway may as well help someone out it did not take much to spread kindness

Task= Holding the door for the lady in need

Situation=Patiently waiting for my dad to come pick me up from my apointment as I saw an elderly lady trying to open the door

Flexibility/Adaptability Skills

The situation was being called into work early. My task was to arrive early to provide extra support to pack up take out orders. I took action by agreeing to start early without conflict. As a result, the management and co-workers were pleased to have an extra set of hands.

Organizational Skills

Result= Less stress when exam season comes around because I know where all the content I need is

Action= Hole much all pages before inserting them

Task= make sure papers are inputted in the correct section

Situation= all binders are separated by class

Result=Becoming an assertive technology ambassador and having this position added to my Co-Curricular Record

Action= Helping others navigate these technologies

Situation= Being trained on adaptive technology

Result= Customers received food in a timely manner

Action= Remained clam and put everything together while reviewing it with co-worker

Task= Pack up orders and make sure all items are included

Situation= Boat load of take out orders came thru

Result=Team came out strong and was motivated to win

Action= hit the ice with a strong warm up

Action= Cleaned and organized tables to accommodate Guests

Situation= Reservations over lapping at work

Result= Provided notes for those and need. ALS was very pleased with me.

Action= Took the notes handwritten in class typed them and communicated thru the process. ALS was aware that I would be sending them. Not waiting around for a response from me.

Team Work

At school, I had a group presentation for my trends in technology class. Our task was to find information on the social media platform. We took action in dividing up the tasks evenly. As a result, we worked well together and achieved a great note.

Interpersonal Skills

Result= Each of us have a clear understanding of where we can improve as well as get better grades

Action= letting her know where corrections need be made

Task= Reviewing assignments to check for clearness
