I have a list of actions items with my team (after our group meeting).

I read other content (training, internet, etc.).

I reach out to my peers or community.

Monitor (Verify, Track, Check)

I compare my Officevibe results with my team (trend in time), with other teams internally, with my organization and externally.
I ping my colleagues/HR to align the message for consistency.
I have informal and spontaneous conversations with my team members.
I ask my team members to share feedback with me (feedback on me as a manager).

I follow up on feedback I get through Officevibe.
I keep track of my one-on-one conversations in a document.
