SMART GOAL FOR NUTRITION

I will start this by next month and continue to do it everyday.
I will not eat junk food or buy any sugary drinks to help me achieve this goal.
I will limit on junk food and instead of drinking sugary drinks, I will remind my self to drink water.
I want to drink at least 8 glasses of water and eat a bowl full of fruits everyday.
I will start to drink more water and eat fruits.
