Value- Reflective thinking helps you to: Develop a questioning attitude and new perspectives. Identify areas for change and improvement. Respond effectively to new challenges.
Workplace application- Reflective thinking enables employees to explore their and others' thinking as they experiment with solutions, adjust actions, and reframe problems.
Example- Education, A teacher might use reflective thinking to help students understand a challenging concept. The teacher can provide time for students to reflect on the lesson and the opportunity to write down their thoughts, feelings, and questions. This reflective process can help students understand and remember the concept.

Creative thinking.

Value- Creative thinking provide immense freedom. When we create, we have the opportunity to engage with the world without judging ourselves. It’s similar to what we felt when we were a child. Back then we didn’t care what people thought of us.
Application in the workplace- In the workplace, creative thinking is highly valuable because employers look to hire innovative employees who can help them solve the company’s problems.
Example- Holding an interactive brainstorm to gather initial thoughts on a project.
Definition- Creative thinking is all about developing innovative solutions to problems. Creative thinkers brainstorm not only a large number of ideas but also a variety and range of them.

Critical Thinking.

Value- Critical thinking is crucial for many career paths. Not just for scientists, but lawyers, doctors, reporters, engineers, accountants, and analysts (among many others) all have to use critical thinking in their positions. In fact, according to the World Economic Forum, critical thinking is one of the most desirable skills to have in the workforce, as it helps analyze information, think outside the box, solve problems with innovative solutions, and plan systematically.
Application in the workplace- Dealing with Employee Conflict. Situation: Two of your team members frequently clash, causing tension within the team and affecting productivity. You need to address the issue and find a resolution. Critical Thinking Approach: You don’t jump to conclusions or take sides immediately. Instead, you gather information by talking individually to both employees to understand their perspectives and concerns. You analyze the root causes of the conflict, considering personality differences, work styles, and project assignments. You then work with the employees to find common ground and implement strategies to improve collaboration.
Example- An attorney reviews evidence and devises a strategy to win a case or to decide whether to settle out of court.
