Motivation Manifesto
Our soul wasn't meant to be chained to the past, weighed down by meaningless ties to old stories, confined by ancient grudges, and unable to perceive and fly in the open, passionate space. Now, we must seize this chance. We must slow down everything in order to experience it again, to enjoy it again, and perhaps to live it for the first time. The moment has arrived to begin valuing the blessings of life.
Reawaken the inner strength that yearns to lift some of the world's load off the shoulders of the oppressed right away. As admirable generals and leaders who genuinely care about people and the rest of the globe, let's accept our positions.
When we prepare for our ultimate destiny, when we let go of our immature, selfish desires, and when we realign our priorities to those of the heart, we can finally reach those wonderful realms of human empathy, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, generosity, and courage.
The temptation to be callous and powerless will come, but we won't give in to it. Our willingness to follow our moral principles and keep our obligations to one another determines our personal freedom and the future of humanity. Strive to be the best versions of ourselves while upholding our beliefs and principles and tackling every situation with utmost integrity and a kindheart.
It is time to reignite the innate desire for such living that our nature has given us. We are seeing so many of the people we care about being pulled into the dreadful vortex of negativity one by one. We must take quick action to transform all of this tangible energy.
A really free person has no qualms about acting on an unrestrained passion that even slightly frightens them. They want the best of themselves, which may startle them but catapults them into the realm of the remarkable.
Let's resolve to work toward that objective and finally let go of whatever in our lives that is holding us back. We have a right to be free from any emotional turmoil that can make us appear less magnificent.
Let's keep in mind that our small efforts and daily victories can build up momentum and strength to become an unstoppable force in the direction of a purposeful and liberated existence. We need to reclaim control of our personal agenda from compliance and diversion.
Life isn't meant to be a never-ending series of encounters with no purpose. Our relationships with our loved ones, our responsibilities in life, and our aspirations are not meant to be carefree. If we want to be totally alive and free, we must choose to bring the whole energy of our conscious mind to the current experience.
Self
9. We Shall Slow Time
Take things gradually. Do not attempt to rush or skip steps. Always pay close attention in the present. You'll learn more by doing something than by avoiding it.
8. We Shall Inspire Greatness
A wonderful life is all about pursuing greatness. What makes something great is not when you pursue greatness, but rather how you seek greatness. Without significant inspiration, motivation won't exist.
7. We Shall Amplify Love
Love is not an unbreakable thing. Hurt doesn't discourage you from living; on the contrary, it teaches you more about it. There won't be any hurt without love, and without hurt, there won't be any more learning.
6. We Shall Not Break Integrity
Don't break your honesty, especially to yourself. This will undoubtedly lead to a path of darkness, which you don't want to end up at. Instead stay true to yourself, don't let go of your values or purposes.
5. We Shall Practice Joy and Gratitude
The world's emotional energy remains the same over the past few years. Wealth has trumped health, and success has trumped sanity. Some people have become callous in the process, both toward life and toward others. We need to reevaluate how we view life. So we must stay focus and enjoy life while in the moment because our life could end at any moment.
4. We Shall Advance with Abandon
As I grew and develop I must keep focus on advancing to be better, so we can help myself to become our best self. We must keep in mind that our actions, not our intentions, define who we are. Our savior is bold and disciplined initiative; it enables us to ascend, leap, and soar to the heights of real greatness. We must not lose sight of the urgency of this moment, which beckons us to start something big and meaningful.
3. We Shall Defeat Our Demons
In order, to become the best possible version of myself I must overcome the limits that we set on myself. Sometimes I set boundaries that stop me from doing things that I want. But, I can break this habit by having confidence , seeking help from others, and having faith.
2. We Shall Reclaim Our Agenda
Too frequently, I lose sight of the issues that are most important to fight for; while busywork fills our days, it is not our life's work. Most people lack a clear, compelling life purpose; they don't wake up hungry for it or plan their days around pursuing it. Those that deliberately construct their lives will experience a life filled with more joy, strength, and contentment.
1. We Shall Meet Life with Full Presence and Power
I must make plans for who I am, the roles we want to play, and our interactions with others. Without a dynamic awareness, we are unable to connect with either myself or others or gracefully satisfy the needs of the moment.

Amplify
Amplifying = Belief + Momentum
Examples of Momentum:
Repeating and Reviewing
Overwork
Practicing and Mastering
Daily Tasks
Do you want the type of motivation that pulls you out of bed in the morning?
Maybe you just want to get out of the feeling of not being motivated?
The type of motivation that draws you through a full day of work and leaves you feeling fulfilled?
"Choose an ambition and with full force, expect that it is possible and that you can make it happen"
"Demonstrate a positive attitude as you strive for great things and take care to create a supportive environment around you that amplifies your motivation”
"Give constant attention and committed effort to your dreams, and your motivation will perpetuate itself"
Ambition & Expectancy
Energy that sparks Motivation (Psychologically); Types of Choices
EXPECTANCY
The great differentiator between mere hope and motivation
The choice that separates hope and motivation
A choice to believe that their dreams are possible and that they can achieve them
Making a decision whether your goals are achievable or not and if you can achieve them
AMBITION
"By deeply contemplating higher aims, we energize ourselves to pursue them"
Thinking about your long term goals can boost your will to achieve them
The choice to be, have, do, or experience something greater in our lives
Having the power to make our own decisions
Attention & Effort
Sustaining Choices of Motivation
EFFORT
It is sweat and toil toward meaningful pursuits that makes us truly alive
Nothing keeps motivation aflame more than hard work and the resulting momentum and fulfillment
"When motivation dies, then it's not because our dreams died; it's because we never began - or didn't sustain - any real effort"
Without effort, there is no sustaining or even obtaining high level motivation
Depending on an individual's consistent effort, will demonstrate how much motivation they lack or not
Motivation is decided upon whether you give up or not
We NEED to put real effort into reaching our AMBITIONS
We cannot attract or have that which we do not act toward
Without doing anything, there won't be anything to have
ATTENTION
"It is the obvious equation and the ultimate secret: the deeper and longer I give attention to my ambitions and passions, the more motivation I feel
Depending how long you set your sight on your goals, will determine how much motivation you have
People are simply distracted, too absentminded to sustain motivation
Distractions makes our motivation unsustainable
"We mustn't let our dreams die in the daylight because we lose focus while responding to the world's lame interests or false emergencies"
We stop paying attention to our dreams due to distractions
We must continue making choices that sustain our desire
Decide on things that still keeps our comittment
Giving our ambitions consistent mental attention keeps the drive alive, our energies swirling in anticipation
Examples:
Scheduling our next steps
Regularly setting aside moments to visualize what we want
Journaling about our desires each night
Reviewing our goals each day
Choice
"Greatness belongs to those who have mastered the ability to focus relentlessly on their ambitions and act decisively toward them"
With enough experience of paying attention and choosing, only then you'll know true greatness
Choice energized us; it was our savior, not the grace of changing circumstance or dire need or even divine calling
Given to make and act decisively from a certain situation
Something that is decided upon your impulses or your mind
An instinct or just a thought going through your head in order to act upon something
Attitude & Environment
2 Types of Choices that will amplify our motivation to another level
ENVIRONMENT
"For motivation's sake, we must be vigilant and surround ourselves with genuine and positive people who seek positive aims with positive attitudes"
People who don't make judgments at you or excuses
Stay with people who are communicative, happy, and enjoyable
We should distance ourselves from those with bad attitudes, for their energy is contagious and corrupting
Stay away from others who can easily rip us away from Personal Freedom
ATTITUDE
"Few things amplify our long-term motivation more than a positive social environment"
Whom we interact with matters to our attitude, and thus to our motivation
Others can affect our motivation
Motivation never kindles anyone's soul to its brightest burn unless he or she is open-minded and fired with an enthusiasm for life
We must realize that even if you have good motivation it won't affect anything, only if you have an interest for life
Meant for you to choose what type of emotion you want to bring out of yourself
We show how we feel and relate with the world
Procrastination
Opposite is work; instead of "tomorrow" it is "today"
Focus on winning the day
Impulsiveness * Delay
Motivation = Expectations * Value
Try to have an environment of learning (Control your environment)
Study for short periods of time if you can't study for too long
Are you a product that others will want to buy?
Education is your value
Motivation
Reason is the secret to developing a motivated and independent identity ("I think therefore I am and I do")
Have an explanation to do something in the first place
Must have a purpose to do something
"A hallmark of those who achieve greatness is the discovery that they can control the level of motivation they feel by better directing their own minds"
Not everyone can or will choose their thoughts or emotions
Mental disorders
Clinical mood
Any kind of mood, state, or emotion can be generated at will in our mind
This realization is one of the most obvious guideposts for the path to success in life
Terror in life ---> Transcendence
Immaturity ---> Maturity
Adolescence ---> Adulthood
Your level of motivation comes from whether you’re clear or not clear and committed or not committed about something
Choice dictates how well your committed to that choice
Demonstrate how much you care about a choice
The mother of Motivation is Choice
Our Mind's choosing a reason to act
Our entire human value system rests on Motivation
Whether you try or not to master your Motivation at an individual level, it will determine how happy you'll be in life
Depending how or when you give up will determine your future
Motivation brings your emotions or human values to life
Gives a sense of purpose for your emotions
Motivation is the reason for us to tap into different kinds of motives
Actions we take in life are often based on whether our internal logic and impulses lean toward fear or freedom
Responses
Reactions
Thoughts
Gives the strength to keep on going
Gives us a purpose
Never giving up
Types of people who chip away at our freedom:
Wicked (Rare Cases)
People who we anticipate are the weak-willed ones
Cruel people
Weaklings
Those who speak out against the efforts and hardships required to be remarkable
Make you suffer for no reason or purpose (Humor or Entertainment)
Usually strangers
Worriers
People who are close to you:
Close Relationships
Family
Friends
Often the biggest threat to enflaming our fear
Fear rules us only if we let it
Something that we can choose to activate or not
Using another emotion instead of fear (i.e, courageous, happy, etc)
Selecting whenever we want to use it
We can eventually become masters of our impulses
Being brave and bold
Deciding to take a risk
Fear is the human motive of aversion
Doesn't assist us to higher aims
It's a motive given to us to avoid physical harm and death
We fall slave to its use
It doesn't help us imagine greatness
It's like a necessary approach controlling any situation so that a person's ego and body is safe
A Mind Controlling emotion taking over you
An immediate release from threat, strain, or pain
"A great maturity opens in the human psyche when we accept that we can control our impulses by conditioning our thoughts, and that we alone are responsible for our emotions and reactions in life"
Holding accountability for what actions we've taken in life
Being honest
Being responsible
Practicing ourselves mentally for any occasion
Simulating what can come for the worst with one step
Preparing for the worst outcome
Fear wins in our lives because we simply keep choosing it over our other impulses to be strong or bold or great
Go-to-first act we must achieve or just need to do
It is not "Fear is running me"; it is "I am afraid"
Fear steals thunder from the more noble drive to ascend to our highest selves and make our greatest difference
Conceals our path to change ourselves
Takes away our drive to success
Fear is louder and more intense and immediate than our desire for self-mastery or for contribution to others
Not focused on helping others
It's more important than one's sense of self
The Destroyer of Greatness and thing that rips us from freedom
The "I am afraid", "I can't", "You don't Understand" profound word that describes these statements
Fear is the foundation of excuses and self-doubt
The thief of humanity's light
Self / Social Oppression
SELF OPPRESSION
Self-oppression is evident whenever we limit ourselves
A burdening of our spirit: (Caused by):
Distraction
Fear
Worry
Incessant doubt
Our own inept thinking and our bad habits rip the vibrancy from life
Our own negative thoughts and actions restrict us
Actions:
Anxious to explore
Procrastinate
Thoughts:
Lie to ourselves (Break our own resolutions)
Thinking that we must be perfect before publishing ourselves
Most oppression comes from ourselves
We suppress our own happiness and our desire of freedom
SOCIAL OPPRESSION
Living a life that is not our own (Ultimate Misery)
Walking a path to nowhere
Leads to a path that isn't you anymore
Others diminishing who we are and stops us from going forward
Non-believers
A giant road block
Not being in control of yourself
Being manipulated or mocked for being different
Being limited of our actions
Judgments against us or unjust manner
Feeling unworthy
Doing what is told
Main topic
Introduction
"It is only in active self-expression and pursuit of our own aims that we can become free"
Acting upon your impulses
Making a choice depending on your instinct
Behaving in ways that are truly our own
"Humankind's main motivation is to seek and experience Personal Freedom"
The day is meant to be ours
Doing things unimaginable
Chasing our purposes
Living our own legacy
When will we be ready to ascend to another level of existence?
Start to realize and unlock our potential towards Personal Freedom
Why having been endowed with the courageous heart of a lion, do we live as mice?
Ask yourself why we must isolate and enslave ourselves to others
Destroys our sense of purpose
Ask yourself why we cower or why we hide in fear
Sets Freedom away
Derails our efforts
