Schedule / Diary your time.
Disconnect from internet when writing assignments to avoid procrastinating on social media sites.
Talk with tutors or course peers about missed course material.
Go to bed at an earlier time to avoid lack of sleep.
Having a healthy balance of diet and exercise plus regular check ups with your doctor to look after health.
Set alarms to remind you when to work on assignments etc. Or wake-up alarms to avoid sleeping in.

Financial problems including missing bill payments can result in power cut-off and debts rising.
Lack of communication builds up issues in relationships until an argument / fight occurs.
Procrastinating can result in poor assignment qualiity & marks.
Sleeping in will result in missing significant amounts of course material, leading to poor grades.
