Effective use of Tech

teachers model and students also show their ways to demonstrate their learning
teachers troubleshoot along with their students and arrive at long-term solutions to problems

Organic teaming

teachers are meeting in small groups with other colleagues to develop program, clubs that respond to student interests. Interests of students transcend grade levels in that teachers from all grade levels are working collaboratively in the interest of the student community
Teachers feel empowered, enlightened and feel that they can contribute to the group.

Teachers are empowered by their students to excel. Forging deep positive relationships with their students and the feelings are mutual!
