At EVS, the effective integration of technology plays a significant role in enhancing both teaching and learning experiences. Teachers and students collaborate closely, troubleshooting issues together and finding long-term solutions, thus fostering a culture of mutual growth and problem-solving.

Organic teaming

teachers are meeting in small groups with other colleagues to develop program, clubs that respond to student interests. Interests of students transcend grade levels in that teachers from all grade levels are working collaboratively in the interest of the student community
Teachers feel empowered, enlightened and feel that they can contribute to the group.

Teachers are empowered by their students to excel. Forging deep positive relationships with their students and the feelings are mutual!
