Impact on Me Being born in Pakistan and living there for 13 years I have grown really close to the issues and stereotypes related to women and children found in our society. Watching Malala speak for women and children makes me feel emotionally connected to her due to our background and provides me with a motivation to fight against the stereotypes and provide females with a safe place to be themselves without being judged or threatened.
Impact on Girls to Girls Malala highly impacts our project “Girls to Girls” as she provides us with a motivation to fight for female and children's rights no matter what obstacles show up. Further, she teaches us about how much impact we can make in the society by just educating one girl.
Impact on the issue By educating and providing economic security, Plan International Canada lifts female out of poverty and allows them to have basic human needs. Further, by providing them with a safe space, health care, training programs, etc, they allow females to learn their rights, be independent and have good physical and mental health.
Influence on Girls to Girls: “I am a Girl” will allow Girls to Girls to understand how to collaborate with different types and ages of females with various pasts. This will allow us to create effective workshops and learn how to collaborate with the audience. Further, we will be given the opportunity to reflect on our workshop and make them better/innovate.

Impact on the issue: By doing what they do, Eva's ensures that all the youth community under their care end up with a good efficient job as well as good social skills such as communicating. This allows youth to have a homelessness future and allows them to financially grow slowly which fortunately leads to them being out of poverty. Further, Eva’s make sure that every person has a good mental health by providing them with needs and wants and a safe space to talk and build healthy relationships.
Influence on Girls to Girls Collaborating with Eva’s will allow us understand how to run an efficient program (workshops in our case) without it being hectic and cover various topics. Further, as a group we can understand some of the specific reasons poverty is found in the youth which we can use later for underaged females and provide them emotional support. We will be collaborating with Eva’s to attend their training programs in order to observe how they run their programs This will allow us to efficiently spread awareness and collaborate with females which will lead us to making an effective and positive influence on them.
Impact on the issue By doing so, AFG eliminates the negative activities and aspects from the women's life causing them to live a healthier life which ultimately leads to decrease in poverty. Female participating in their programs learn life skills about the community which allows them to find good jobs, avoid violence and unhealthy activities, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Influence on Girls to Girls: By collaborating with this organization we can directly build a relationship with females facing mental and financial troubles/victims of poverty. This would allow us to understand and empathize with their situation causing us to make effective workshop lessons and icebreakers which would help them mentally and socially. Further, it would give us an idea about their needs and wants which we can use to create successful care packages. Girls to Girls will be collaborating with this organization to do our workshops.
