Justicia Restaurativa.

La Justicia Restaurativa es un enfoque que busca reparar el daño causado por delitos a través de la participación activa de la víctima, el delincuente y la comunidad. Este modelo incluye diversas prácticas, como conferencias de grupos comunitarios y familiares, donde se confronta al delincuente con las consecuencias de sus acciones y se desarrolla un plan reparador.
