Iraq-Slimani-industrial area is the company that I visited for the interview.
They also have their company in (Baghdad, Karbala, Tkret, Anbar)
This company works in car area selling, shipping, export and importing. This company was the first company who sold cars to the people with finical help In Kurdistan. People had to pay 40% or 70% at begging then the other amount that left they had to pay it monthly. They do car shipping too. They are trying to sell cars as cheap as they can plus they are helping those people who buy from them by guiding them what to do for payment, tablet, what car is the best for them and they also have some people there who you pay them with little amount of money then they will do the all the registration paper for your car in government office. They make things easier for example when they buy cars they will help them with registration paper and sometimes if they buy for more than five cars they will give them a free tablet number. There are also some discounts for those who buy cars always there.
use tht the main thing thet use for conecting with out sides with their dealiers and ordering things.
they use intranet but they dont have extranet he said they are planing to have it in their new building.
they use desktops, laptops, clients, servers, printer, scaner and money checker they also use it for counting money.?
what are the major software programs that his company uses?
they are all using microsoft. most of the time they use microsoft office and excel becuse the said everything is document for us numbers and names.
DSS the use microsoft excel for showing data for moonths and to see it in graph.

there is two person who do the officail papers for the car and do the agreement for the selling. and theirs some othe guys who will make the car ready for them and their is also some people their if you pay them money they will go for you to goverment office to do for you any other require paper that your car needs.
Returns and Exchanges
when the person singe the paper and he buy it he only has 24 hours to find the car's problem after that they will not accept it back even if the car stoped working.
Order Processing
When the company order somthing first they send they email. anything which are mentioned in the email should be in the order otherwise they can send it back and if the did send something wrong or they mistaked it their problem. same with the poeple they will not take the car back if anything happned to the car after 24 hours, but they might take the car back if the person changed his or her mind but they will buy it back from the coustmer chaper than what they sold him or her to.

Receive the product and provide inbound quality check.
there is a company now in Iran who they have agreement with them which this company will do the shipment for them. it has to be on real-time otherwise they will lose some money both.
he siad it is not good to bring car from Basra beacuse it is faster and there is no good document for the car, but when we bring it from Iran it takes time and it helps us to finish the documents for the cars and there is also no problem when we entre these car from Iran beause they will have an officail papers.
what is ERP?
Short for enterprise resource planning, ERP is an organization’s management system which uses a software application to include all parts of the data business, it will gather all the useful information about the company and other data because all of these information separated will not help the company but they are gathered to gather it will help to improve and find the weak point and the strong point about the company. and automate and facilitate the flow of data between critical back-office functions, which it include financing, accounting, sales, marketing, planning, manufacturing, and so on and on.

But becuse they are not in their bulding they have some problem. there own bulding is undrer instruction.

When the cars arrive they will put them in their garage or they show it to people in their company. They sell it to single person or they give it to other car companies who they sale cars too.

CRM, or Customer Relationship Management, it is for wide companies which it helps to reduce costs and increase profitability and this is by doing what customers want and help them out. CRM should bring information about everyone with in the organizations, holistic view of each customer in real time. This will help the customer to talk to employs face to face, customer support.

Phone most of the time, they have some guys to in show area which the will help the costumers if they have any questions and the Arean with the payment.
