Equity Outcome

No descrimination. People cant be discriminated against because everyone is getting the same chances as oneanother.
Same choices. All the animals on the animal farm all had the same job choices so that they wouldent feel like sombody got a better job then they did.
Same fate. Everyone will get the same oppertunites as eachother.

Security

Healthcare. People get this provided to them by their employers so that theyknow if they get sick, they have someting to help them out.
Job security. If people have job security then they never have to worry about loseing their jobs.
Fallback option. The animals in Animal Farm had their retirement plan to look foward to when they recahed a certin age.

Stability

Things are easy for people to have. This is because if things stay at one price then people will have an easyer time setting goal and saving to get the things they want.
Making things easy. Things are easy to get because they stay the same price
Keeping thigs the same. People will know what to expect. Like in animal farm the animals knew what they were getting each week becauseit was already pre determined by the pigs, so they never had to worry about not getting anything.
