Dynamic

The company currently accepts orders of approximately 100,000 square kilometers or more, with no support for product customization. For orders exceeding 10 million square kilometers, coordination with the Product team is required.

Delivery timeline if not off-the-shelf: Up to 45 days for orders less than 10M km2

NOTE: at this time we can only accept orders of ~100,000 km2 or more and no customizations to product spec are supportable. Orders >10M km2 require coordination with Product team


Things we would like to see

We should not see wall to wall coverage in any country
Might be moving to another team in future

Delivery

If S3 delivery, Product team delivers credentials to Sales or the customer If FTP or HD, credentials passed to SCM for fulfillment
Complete order triggers invoice

Place an Order

If customer accepts quote via email or signature, CS emails DYNAMIC inbox with shapefile and order form. Orla/production produces and loads into S3
Note to CS: create SAP contract with DYNAMIC material code

Send a Quote

CS sends quote to Sales or directly to customer

Get a Quote

Once approved in Salesforce, fill out DYNAMIC order form and email to CS (orders@digitalglobe.com) » Include shapefile in email

Get a Price

Create a Pricing Only DSR » Attach shapefile to DSR

Request a feasibility

Email dynamic@digitalglobe.com to request information on time to produce and vintage
Expect acknowledgement to your request within 48 hours

Get a sample, if needed

Email dynamic@digitalglobe.com with sample request
Samples are a pre-defined area and will not be built for the customer’s AOI

Enter in Salesforce

Create opportunity and configure product via quote
DYNAMIC must be in opportunity title Use Custom Imagery and add ‘DYNAMIC’ to the description
