In the mid-nineties Skehan created the model to put together the three dimensions (complexity, accuracy and fluency).

Fluency refers to the ability to speak fluent, rapidly, to know the pausing.

Accuracy is the ability to be precise and correctly.

Complexity means to have the ability to use complex vocabulary.
