Engaging in regular physical activity significantly enhances the quality of life for both youths and adults. For youths, exercise is crucial as their frontal nervous system is still developing, which means physical activity can have a profound impact on their overall development.

Important to meet the PA guideline set out for different age groups
Adults need at least 150min of moderate PA a week
Youth need 1 hour a day of PA
The more active an individual is a child they will be as active as they are as adults.
will improve their quality of life they live and reduce many chances or serious disease and health issues
Youths brain especially their frontal nervous system is still developing so exercising has more of an impact on them. Hence why its Important for them to exercise
Adults are much more happier study showed that depressed adults that exercise regularly improve as much as those with anti-depressant drugs

Helps with weight maintaining which would also then help with reducing health risks such as obesity, heart disease, cancer etc..
Build muscular strength, muscular and Cardiovascular endurance
Helps prevent/manage disabilities and injuries
Prevents/management of chronic diseases
Helps defend against brain aging

Can reduce heart disease chances by half if you exercise regularly (1hour a week of activity/or walking for more than 10-15min a day.

With the release of endorphins after exercising it can help with mental stress

Helps with anxiety as being physically active it will help release tension or stress

Serotonin is released from exercising which is a body chemical that improves mood
