how weghit looks on different people

if you workout and you're 200 pounds of body muscle is healthy but if you're 200 pounds of non muslce and purely fat then thats unhealhty
same with height. If a toddler is around 110lbs then that child is overweight but if an adult i around 110lbs then thats concering and they considerd underweight.
