fit theory connects well with nutrition because dieting is a big part in fit theory and nutrition. sports also connect because athletes like to eat nutrients products.

i do eat foods that have nutrients in it and really does make me healthy and mentally healthy too.

personal safety because you need to be aware of what substance you’re using and also trying to not abuse it. sports connect because there are some athletes who take substances to up their game and usually they get addicted and start abusing it.

i never use substances or abuse them also.

sexuality connects because being aware helps and also trusting the person. substances connect also because you need to be aware of what you’re taking and also trusting yourself if you should take it or not.

personal safety connects with sexuality because you need to be aware of who you are doing it with and also of protection which is safety. substances connect too because there are pills that connect to sex, for example viagara.

sports connects with ft theory because that both have something to do with working out and being healthy. also nutritions because all athletes eat and want to get nutrients.

I play sports such as soccer and basketball. i also play on a soccer team.
