IMAGENOLOGIA DE LA MAMA DANIELA BEDOYA VARELA
HISTOLOGÍA
It is made up of two types
conjunctive
Fat occupies the subcutaneous, intraglandular and retroglandular space.
Dense Made up of Cooper's ligamentous system
Loose located between the ductoacinar system or intralobular stroma
It is made up of 3 types
epithelial
They drain into the galactophore or lactiferous sinus and flow into the nipple producing lactopoiesis (production and secretion of milk
They drain through linked interlobular ducts into the galactophoric duct.
Galactophoric system formed by a set of 15 to 20 lobules for each breast, which in turn has lobules
A more important fabric that is responsible for upholstering or covering the interior of the ductual and lobular-acinar system.
EMBRYOLOGY
The remaining foci will atrophy, these residual foci can give rise to accessory breast tissue.
The fourth focus will become an adult breast through a series of evolutionary changes, which will not end until maturity.
The mammary crest will give rise to eight glandular foci aligned in a manner called by some milk lines.
It extends from the axillary region to the inguinal area called the mammary crest.
During the 5 or 6 week of gestation a thickening of the ectoderm develops
BLOOD IRRIGATION
Subtopic
BREAST DEVELOPMENT
Stage IV
It corresponds to the maturity of the breast, in which the nipple protrudes and the areola adapts to the same contour of the breast.
Stage III
corresponds to the second period of puberty, occurs between 13-14 years. There is a greater increase in the breast with the areola more pigmented and defined, three contours are observed: nipple, areola and breast.
Stage II
Occurs between 9-10 years of age, breast tissue is palpated under the areola. in this stage the thelarchy takes place consists of the development of the breast.
Stage I or Prepubertal
There is no palpable breast tissue, only protruding nipple, the areola is not pigmented. It usually occurs between 7 - 9 years of age.
