Getting students to speak in class is very important when learning the English language, and I also think they share it with other classmates.

If students participate in conversations with more experts than themselves, it is likely that they may need much more preparation, and they will not stick with what the texts teach us but improve. Teachers should teach phrases and questions like the speakers.
