The new role involves adopting an inquiry-based model to drive forward-thinking educational practices. Teachers need to identify their specific needs through questioning, which allows personalized entry points into the inquiry model.
I am new to my role - my forward thinking is really framed by inquiry and the model as a new PLF - the inquiry model needs to be modeled and released but as teachers question - finding the question allows that each teacher to enter where their needs lie within the inquiry.
