Prehistoric man settled down and cultivated crops( squash, corn, beans, barley)

He passed from a meat-based diet to a vegetarian one( poor in salt)
he domesticated animals for food (his diet included milk and cheese)

He became a farmer instead of being only a hunter

changing his food habits
