Vegetables

EX: Beans, Carrots, Broccoli, Leafy Greens, etc.

Need 1 Cup (raw or cooked) daily

Fruits

EX: Apples, Bananas, Grapes, 100% fruit juices, etc.

Need 1 Cup daily

Source for vitamins, minerals, fiber, phytonutrients, etc.

Dairy

EX: Milk, Cheeses, Yogurt, etc.

Need 1 Cup of Milk or 2 Ounces of Cheese

Source for Vitamin D, Calcium, minerals, etc.

Grains

EX: Cereals, Rice, Pastas, Breads, etc.
