In modern workplaces, maintaining focus amidst constant disruptions has become increasingly challenging. Research indicates that interruptions, such as conversations, often lead workers to shift their attention to less important tasks, like checking emails or browsing the web, rather than resuming their primary work.

User workflow
agents we developed was to design an intelligent assistant that
could support the user’s task-related goals and help them better
focus on their high priority tasks, which would hopefully promote
better productivity and emotional well-being at work.
